About me

I am a retired Project and Business Planning Director. I have a Bachelors degree in Engineering Science and Masters degrees in Maths and in Business Administration. I worked in the Oil and Gas Industry for over 30 years around the world overseeing very large projects and business plans.

My family and I have called the County our home for 13 years. I have been a Councillor for Ward 3 since 2018 and prior to that I was a member of the Committee of Adjustment and a Director of Brant Municipal Enterprises (BME) for 4 years.

In this term of Council I have been Chair of the Planning and Development Committee for 2 years and vice Chair for 2 years. I have been a member of the Board of Health since 2018 and Chair for 2 years (2020-2022). I sit on the Social Services Committee (a joint County/City committee) and remain a Director of BME. Outside of Council appointments I have been on the Board of Directors of Primacare Community Family Health Team since 2018 and until recently I was Acting Chair of the Board. I sit on the Executive of the Paris BIA and represent the County Council on the Paris and District Chamber of Commerce.

In my spare time I play golf, cycle, learn piano, enjoy watching soccer, enjoy time with our grandson and make the most of living in our County.
